Republican David Jolly defeated Democrat Alex Sink in Florida’s 13th Congressional District special election Tuesday night. Many viewed Florida’s 13th Congressional District as a bellwether for the upcoming 2014 midterm election.
While discussing David Jolly’s victory on MSNBC Morning Joe Jim VandeHei editor and co-founder of Politico stated, "this is very bad for Democrats." The panel saw Tuesday’s special election results as very unfavorable for Democrats in the upcoming midterm election.
