Corrections Policy
State Beacon is committed to accuracy. When we get something wrong, we fix it openly.
Accuracy is the foundation of our journalism. If an article contains a factual error, we want to know — and we will correct it promptly.
How corrections work
If you believe an article contains a factual error, you can submit it using the form below. Please tell us which article, what you believe is incorrect, and — where possible — include supporting evidence or a link to a reliable source. We review every submission. Verified corrections are made to the article, and where the change is material we add a correction note explaining what was changed and when.
Correction notes
When we make a material correction, we mark it clearly on the article itself so readers can see that the piece has been updated and what changed. We do not quietly alter the record.
