The top fundraiser for Jason Carter, Democratic nominee for governor of Georgia, championed a carbon tax to fight global warming on Tuesday, Red State reports.
Jason Carter’s top fundraiser is his grandfather, former President Jimmy Carter.
Jimmy Carter said during a climate change in Aspen, Colorado, that a carbon tax is "the only reasonable approach." He also said "nutcases" who do not believe in global warming are the biggest handicap in the United States.
