Rubio's Not Racing Obama on Immigration

Senator Marco Rubio (R., Fla.) appeared on Fox News this morning to lay out his immigration plan.  When asked by Brian Kilmeade on the timing of the rollout of his immigration reform, Rubio said he is not trying to beat President Obama's own immigration reform to the punch.
