Tom Costello reported on how criminals are using the rollout of Obamacare, to con people into gaining personal information. Costello called the Obamacare rollout a public relations nightmare, due to the website's many glitches and inability to enroll people.
Robert Laszewski of Health Policy & Strategy Associates said about the Obamacare website that the administration has an obligation to shut it down "and bring it back up when it works."
