McCarthy Reacts to SOTU

Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R., Calif). provided reaction to the SOTU Wednesday on "Morning Joe." McCarthy emphasized that Republicans were more than willing to meet and work with the president, but the GOP is tired of having the "football pulled out from under us" on entitlement reform.
