Eva Longoria’s SHe Nightclub located at Crystals in CityCenter in Las Vegas has closed after just seven weeks since its New Years debut, according to Las Vegas Weekly:

"The steakhouse end of the venture, a partnership between Morton’s and actress Eva Longoria, will remain open, and according to the statement released today, the nightclub space upstairs will be repositioned as a special events venue."

The nightclub’s closure was the second failed business venture for the actress, who served as a co-chair for President Barack Obama’s reelection campaign and inaugural committee, and was a top bundler for the president’s reelection effort. Longoria’s nightclub Eve filed for bankruptcy protection in July 2011.

It appears Longoria may have been spending too much time lobbying the president to eat more Lay’s potato chips and not putting in enough elbow grease on her new project.
