Carney: President Has 'Zero Tolerance' For Misconduct

On Tuesday, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney  claimed that the "president has zero tolerance for misconduct." These high standards must not apply to Susan Rice, Lois Lerner, or Eric Holder.
