Carney Dodges on Libya Attack

White House press secretary Jay Carney said he would not speculate about the motivations behind the attack at the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, when asked to reconcile seemingly conflicting accounts of the attack at a Tuesday press briefing.
