Axelrod, O'Malley Discuss Second Term, Health Reform

David Axelrod and Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley, wearing a Ray Lewis jersey to celebrate Baltimore's AFC championship win, went on "Morning Joe" Monday morning to discuss President Obama's second term agenda and, among others, health reform.
