Embattled Toronto Mayor Rob Ford's use of crack-cocaine and President Obama's admitted past use of cocaine was the topic discussion on Red Eye Tuesday.
This led host Greg Gutfeld to pose the question "is crack good for leadership?"
The Washington Free Beacon's Ellison Barber answered "maybe, because a fun fact, his approval ratings are 44 percent which are 5 percentage points higher than President Obama."
