JESSICA YELLIN: What is the consequence of his outrage?
JAY CARNEY: We'll see. How could he possibly say what the consequence will be before we know what the facts are. Shouldn't we let the facts be revealed by this independent inspector general report before we make some conclusive judgements about what actions need to be taken?
