Vice President Joe Biden criticized Mitt Romney in a foreign policy speech Thursday at the New York University law school, at one point promising that President Obama "has a big stick."
VICE PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN: Now is the time to heed the timeless advice of Teddy Roosevelt: Speak softly and carry a big stick. I promise you the president has a big stick. [laughter] I promise you. President Obama understands what Gov. Romney apparently doesn’t.
