Williams: Health Insurance Program Is In Big Trouble

On Wednesday, the Obama administration announced the number of Americans that enrolled in Obamacare during the month of October. NBC's Brian Williams says that the low number of enrollments in Obamacare proves  "the new health insurance program is in big trouble."
