Sen. Marco Rubio (R, FL) appeared in front of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Wednesday to discuss why Obamacare will cause insurance companies to require a government bailout
During Sen. Rubio's opening testimony he compared people holding out hope that Obamacare will succeed to people who believed the Denver Broncos could still win the Super Bowl in the forth quarter despite being down 28 points.
"I know that there are still some who hold out hope that Obamacare will work," he said. "Just like there were some in Denver this Sunday still holding out hope that the Broncos could come back and win in the fourth quarter."
