The most recent report about the failure of the Obamacare website comes from Philadelphia.
Michael Hitcho who is self employed has been trying to login to the Obamacare exchanges since October 1st. Hitcho states the whole site "doesn’t feel like it was ready."
Hitcho was eventually able to create a login but has not been unable to do anything else because of the glitches on the site.
