East Harlem Democratic Assemblyman Arrested For DUI

Robert Rodriguez, D-East Harlem was arrested by Colonie police for DUI early last Monday morning.  According to a police report Rodriguez "displayed watery, bloodshot eyes and slow speech". A spokesperson for Rodriguez , Chelsea Connor says he was returning to his motel after watching NBA basketball playoffs at an Albany tavern.
