STATE BEACON

The Iron Hurdler

As the world said farewell to Baroness Margaret Thatcher yesterday, it was also introduced to her American granddaughter, Amanda Thatcher, who delivered a reading from the New Testament. Amanda had the honor of being one of only two readers at the memorial. The other: current Prime Minister David Cameron. Amanda has more fans. Writers are singing her praises, lauding her composure at such a high-profile event and complimenting her classically cute looks. She’s attractive but not intimidating. Seems like she’d go on a date with you if you asked. Or at least she'd go with me. I don't know about you.
