President Joe Biden was (presumably) jacked up on military-grade narcotics last week to help him stay up past his bedtime and deliver the State of the Union address. His inability to form coherent sentences this week suggests he is still a little bit hungover.
America's first octogenarian commander in chief promised to end the mental health crisis and other problems "arising from the mandemic [sic]," which sounds like the title of a dreadful Chelsea Handler film. Biden also attempted to quell "conurns [sic]" regarding China's violation of American airspace. "We're not looking for a new Cold War," he said. "But I make no apologize."
